I refer to your
letter to Dr Barbara Hakin OBE requesting information in respect of
NHS East Midlands nominated member with responsibility for
Community Service Provision.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do hold the information that you have requested.
Avril Johns is
Director of Strategy and System Development at NHS East Midlands
with overall responsibility for the Transforming Community Services
agenda. However, Lynn Hanson has recently been appointed to
the post of Transforming Community Services Programme Lead and will
support the SHA in its delivery of the challenging Transforming
Community Services agenda.
Lynn will
formally take up her new role from the beginning of June but will
get involved in some aspects of the programme immediately.
