Structure charts

Good Morning,

I am currently collating some information on NHS organisations in the

East Midlands. Please can you provide me with some information on the

structure of your HR department(s)? A detailed chart would be ideal,

i.e. displaying names and job titles.

I refer to your email of 15 January requesting information in respect of our HR Department.

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do hold the information that you have requested. Our HR structure is available via our website and can be found by following the link below:-

Please note that we do not release information relating to the more junior members of staff so our structure charts contain senior staff and post descriptions only.
