Our Response
I refer to your
email requesting information in respect of Bingham Health
Centre.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do not hold the information that you have
requested.
The sighting of
Bingham Health Centre was not a service reconfiguration scheme that
NHS East Midlands has been aware of and we do not hold any
documentation pertaining to it.
However, the
local Primary Care trust, which is responsible for the health and
well being of its local population, might be able to provide you
