East Midland Strategic Health Authority and the 9 PCT areas it
covers, namely:

When were bonuses
first paid to health service managers in the each of the above
organisations?
Please give an
annual total in respect of bonuses paid in each of the above
organisations.
Please give a
detailed breakdown of the amounts paid in bonuses to each and every
officer of the above organisations in each financial
year.
If you are unable
to provide this information in respect of the above authorities, I
should be glad if you could forward this request to each of the
above organisations for a reply under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act.
If there have
been any changes/and or additions to the Strategic Health
Authority/Trusts/PCTs that make up the East Midlands Strategic
Health Authority for the period that bonuses have been paid, then
please let me have a detailed breakdown of such bonuses paid to
officers.

The Department of Health Pay Framework for Very
Senior Managers in Strategic and Special Health Authorities,
Primary Care Trusts and Ambulance Trusts was applied with a staged
effect from 1 July 2006. Bonus payments would have been payable for
that year at the end of that financial year as the first year of
operation of the new pay framework. You can view or download
