request information regarding the use of the Framework for
procuring External Support for Commissioners (FESC) by the PCTs
under your authority, in accordance with the Freedom of Information
Act. Please respond to the questions in the attached survey. I am
submitting this request via email rather than through the online
form on your website as there is no provision for attaching
documents through the online form.
If you are not
able to provide this information, please provide an up-to-date list
of the FOI contacts at each of the PCTs under your authority. I

I refer to your
email of 12 March requesting information regarding the use of the
Framework for procuring External Support for Commissioners (FESC)
by Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) within the East Midlands.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
