To whom it may concern,

I would like to request a detailed structure of your marketing and communication department under the “Freedom of information act.” Marketing and communication functions may be any of the following:  Marketing, communication (internal and external), Media / Press / Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Events, Stakeholder engagement, Web / E – communication and Research. Also, can I request a detailed structure of your HR funcation.

Please can you include the st aff member’s name, position and whether the member of staff is permanent or interim?

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of our marketing and communications team structures.     

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do hold some of the information that you have requested.

Please note that we do not release information relating to the more junior members of staff so our structure charts contain senior staff and post descriptions only.

You should be aware that we are currently in the process of looking at re-structuring our some of the directorates within NHS East Midlands and these are likely to change within the next 2 months or so.  You might therefore be advised to keep an eye on our website in respect of any further updates or developments within this context.
