the full breakdown of scores in each of the indicator areas,
available for the last three years - or as far back as the
scores are available.

Our response
I refer to your
email requesting the Sexual Health Performance Scorecard for NHS
East Midlands for the last three years.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
NHS East Midlands does not hold a specific sexual health
scorecard. However, we do report on individual Primary Care
Trust (PCT) performance regarding genito-urinary medicine clinics
(GUM) and Chlamydia Screening Coverage within our board performance
reports. These reports are available on our website and I
have attached a link to the most recent report for your
