Although we collect the planning and reporting documents from your website, there could be other documents that are not available there.  I have listed below the documents that could be missing, but the titles may not always be exact’

So please, if they are not available on line, would you send me electronic copies of:

• Regional Vision for the Next Stage Service Review – in light of QIPP/Quality and Productivity Challenge

• The latest Integrated Business and Financial Plan (IBFP)

I refer to your email of requesting SHA documentation. 

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do hold some information that might be relevant to your request.

I will address each of your requests in turn:-

Regional Vision for the Next Stage Service Review – in light of QIPP/Quality and Productivity Challenge

• Please find attached a link to our Next Stage Review (NSR) one year on document  (http://www.excellence.eastmidlands.nhs.uk/welcome/about-us).  We are currently going through the process of refreshing our NSR vision for QIPP and this document should be published early next year.  We are therefore of the opinion that section 22 of the FOIA is engaged in this instance.    We feel that early release of this information would provide an unrealistic view of the current situation.  We therefore feel that the public interest in withholding the information at this stage outweighs the public interest in its disclosure. 

The latest Integrated Business and Financial Plan (IBFP)

• NHS East Midlands does not hold an Integrated Business and Financial Plan Document.  However, I have provided you with a link to our website where you will be able to find our latest Financial Accounts and Annual Report Summary Accounts.
