Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of Swine Flu in the East Midlands.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that we do not hold the information that you have requested. I will however address each of your points in turn:-
How much has been spent on advertising relating to swine flu in the respective counties of; Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Bassetlaw, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Please provide a county by county breakdown.

NHS East Midlands does not hold this information. Local Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and acute/mental health trusts have been proactive in advertising to encourage good practice in respect of infection control and promoting respiratory hygiene as part of overall pandemic flu plans, not just for swine flu. Individual organisations might be able to provide you with this information and can be contacted via our website through the link below:-

NHS East Midlands does not hold this information. Costs of the vaccine are covered by the Department of Health as they provide the actual vaccines. Trusts will incur costs for staff time and facilities to administer the vaccines, storage and transportation costs of the vaccines, as well as ancillary products such as the needles, disposal and administration costs. You might therefore want to contact individual organisations to see if they hold this information.
