Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request details relating to private healthcare treatment for staff.
In particular, I would like to request the following information:
1. How many staff members have received private sector treatment paid for by the organisation in each of the last three years?
2. How much has the organisation spent on providing private sector treatment to staff in each of the last three years?
3. What private sector treatment has been provided to staff in each of the last three years and what treatment is currently on offer to staff?
4. How many members of staff have private health insurance included in their standard employment contracts?
If you deny all or any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law. If you believe that this information can only be provided at a disproportionate cost, please cite calculations of the possible costs incurred, and/or provide any of the requested information that is readily available.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of private sector treatment for staff employed by NHS East Midlands.
