I do not believe Louise Newcombe was promoted to an unspecified timescale secondment, nor that you did not have advance knowledge of this change. I therefore request under FOI a list of all phone call dates and face to face discussions between you and the chair of Bassetlaw PCT in the last two months.
I challenge the decision to remove one of my area's PCT chief executives from full time work and I do not believe that Notts County PCT is performing well enough to be devoid of a full time chief executive.
I know your board will want to discuss the implications of such a large PCT losing its full time executive and inform MPs of this loss.
