I understand that your organisation commissioned 2 management development programmes called Leading Through Transition and another called THe TMDI i.e Trent Management Development Initiative. I wonder if you would be so kind as to let me know who the contracted consultants were who delivered these and the associated costs. I would also be grateful if you could provide the dates and venues for when these programmes were delivered specifically.
Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of management development programmes funded by NHS East Midlands.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold some of the information that you have requested. The information we have been able to locate indicates that at least one of the programmes was funded by the former Trent Strategic Health Authority (SHA). Since this information is already in the public domain then technically the exemption available to us under Section 21 of the FOIA is engaged.
