Our Response
I refer to your
email requesting information in respect of the provision of
contracts
by the NHS East
Midlands or PCTs, PCT clusters, or PCB commissioning
hubs in the East
Midlands from 2007 to date.
I can confirm in
accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that
we do not hold the information that you have requested.
Whilst NHS East
Midlands has not commissioned any service provision contracts,
Primary Care Trusts within the East Midlands should be able to
provide you with this information. I have therefore attached
