I refer to your email requesting copies of NHS East Midlands' Operating Plan 2010-2011/Operating Framework 2010-2011.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the documents that you have requested.
