4) the funding allocated to providing and training health visitors in the NHS by region over this period
5) projected funding allocated to providing and training health visitors in the NHS by region over the next three years

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of health visitors in the East Midlands region.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold all of the information that you have requested.
I will address each of your queries in turn:

This information is contained in the pdf attachment. However, we do not hold the information prior to 2007.

NHS East Midlands does not hold this information as these services are commissioned annually.
