Our response
I refer to your email requesting a copy of our Board paper on Transforming Community Services (TCS).
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested as we have yet to submit a TCS paper to our Board. We are expecting Primary Care Trust (PCT) proposals to be signed off by our Board towards the end of October at which point the paper will be made publicly available via our website.
