Please can you provide me with information about the number of appeals made to the SHA about PCT continuing healthcare funding decisions each month for the last 2 financial years (2008-9, and 2009-10). How many panel hearings were held as a result of the appeals? Please could you provide information about how many of the appeals upheld the original decision made by the PCT about CHC funding. Please could the information be broken down by PCT for the SHA's area if that does not take too much time and proves too costly for the SHA.
