I am writing to request information under the Terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
The Strategic Health Authority’s arbitration panel will have produced summaries, awarding costs against the party/parties in dispute for each case it has decided.
I would like to see copies of these summaries for each arbitration the SHA has conducted since April 1 2009.
Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands’ arbitration panels.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, Section 16 of the FOIA places a duty on us to provide help and assistance where necessary. It might therefore be that you are able to provide we with further details or examples of arbitration panels that you are interested in seeing.
