Good morning,
I would like to make the following 'Freedom of Information' request:
1. I would like a copy of any regular (eg monthly) performance report which is seen by the Board.
2. I would like a copy of your regular 'Operational Performance' (or equivalent) report, ie the report which montors all operational targets, be they CQC, Monitor, DH or otherwise.
Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands’ performance reports.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we hold the information that you have requested.
However, we of the opinion that the exemption offered to us under Section 21 (1) of the FOIA is engaged in this instance. This section of the FOIA relates to information that is already reasonably accessible to the applicant and states:-
’21 (1) Information which is reasonably accessible to the applicant otherwise than under section 1 is exempt information.’
However, Section 16 of the FOIA places a duty on us to provide help and assistance where necessary and I have therefore provided a link to our website where you will be able to find our performance/operational performance reports and updates on performance.
