PLease could you provide me with the follwoing information:-
1) All correspondence internal and external regarding the possible delivery of community services in Notitnghamshire by Principia
2) All formal and informal notes relating to the above
3) Any records of meetings/discussion including any informal notes held in staff note books, relating to how a PBC commissioning cluster can become a provider of services and how this is not contrary to DH policy
In addition please could you check your wensite form as it doesnt appear to be working as this is the 3rd time i have sent this request

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of the delivery of community services in Nottingham by Principia.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, Section 16 of the FOIA places a duty on us to provide help and assistance where necessary. You should therefore consider contacting NHS East Midlands Primary Care Trusts separately for the information that you require. The following link to our website will enable you to do this:-
