Hello. I'm researching the SHA assurance publications.
NHS East Midlands's SHA assurance was, according to the DH, done in April. Obviously, they pointed out that purdah et al might have got in the way.
Was it done, and has the report been published? I can't see it on your website and given the timescale, it wouldn't have been in your last board paper. If it's been published, could you please send me a copy or link?
If it hasn't, please regard this as an FOI request for a copy and brief explanation as to why it was not published.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of SHA Assurance.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested.
However, Section 16 of the FOIA places a duty on us to provide help and assistance where necessary. I am able to advise you that our SHA Assurance Panel took place in April and we are waiting for the report from the Department of Health (DH). Our response and the Panel report will be placed in the public domain through our Board papers when we have received the report. The DH has placed other SHA reports to date on their website and you may wish to monitor that should the report appear there ahead of us publishing it within our Board papers.
