Could you please send me details of Lincoln ODP student intakes since 2000.  No names or addesses are necessary, just the following about each student:

1. Starting date of placement at Lincoln hospital
2. Age
3. Gender
4. Highest educational qualification
5. Previous occupation
6. Training result: did the student successfully complete the course, or did the student fail or withdraw
from the course?
7. Reason for failing or quitting the course?
8. Was the student a "local" to Lincoln?

I refer to your email in respect of Operating Department Practitioner training.   

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested in the format required, as this is collected on a cohort basis only and therefore cannot identify which learners undertook practice learning opportunities at any particular Trust.

However, I will address each of your concerns in turn:

1. Starting date of placement at Lincoln hospital.

• We do not hold date of placement at individual hospital trusts.  This is managed by the higher education institution (HEI) concerned.

2. Age

• We do not hold age of students placed at individual hospital trusts.  We only have date of birth by cohort.

3. Gender

• We do not hold gender of students placed at individual hospital trusts.  We only have this by cohort.

4. Highest educational qualification

• We do not hold highest educational qualifications of students placed at individual hospital trusts.  We only have this by cohort.

5. Previous occupation

• We do not hold previous occupation of students placed at individual hospital trusts.

6. Training result: did the student successfully complete the course, or did the student fail or withdraw from the course?

• We do not hold results by individual hospital trusts.  We only have this by cohort.

7. Reason for failing or quitting the course?

• We do not hold reasons for withdrawal of students by individual hospital trusts.  We only have this by cohort.

8. Was the student a "local" to Lincoln?

• We do not hold origin of students by individual hospital trusts.
