I would like to apply under the Freedom of Information Act for
details: of how many commissioner/provider contracts in the East Midlands strategy health authority area for 2011-12 were not signed on April 1, 2011; how many went to mediation and/or arbitration; where there is a case of arbitration or mediation, what date did it finish, or was it due to finish? Can I also have details of which trusts are involved in each dispute, what services are involved, and what is the value of the disputed contract?
I’d also like to know if there are any contracts which are currently running on a ‘pay as you go’ basis because sign-off was not achieved in time for the new financial year.
