I refer to your email requesting information in respect of contact details for the commissioners of services for people with a learning disability within the East Midlands.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested as NHS East Midlands does not commission services directly for individuals with a Learning Disability.
If it is the case that your question relates to the names of commissioners within the Strategic Health Authority area I can advise you that this would be undertaken at a Primary Care Trust (PCT) level.
