Please could you supply me with details of organisations (PCTs, PBCGs, GP Consortia) within East Midlands SHA that currently commission continence or urology services, to include services commissioned and providers.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of continence services commissioned in the East Midlands.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold all of the information that you have requested.
Whilst I am able to advise you that our Trusts do deliver urology services, we do not hold any information concerning the provision of continence services.
