Determinants of Healthcare Expenditure

Request

I am currently researching into the determinants of healthcare expenditure.

Please can you provide me with the data for East Midlands SHA going back as far as possible, including when the SHA was previously Trent, Leicesteshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

  • Total Healthcare Expenditure
  • Number of beds available/occupied
  • Number of staff/workforce
  • Number of mortalities
  • Waiting times for treatment

Also, if it is available, I would need the following demographic and economic factors for the SHA

  • UK Unemployment
  • Real Income
  • Real GDP
  • Population aged 0-5
  • Population aged 6-17
  • Population aged 18-59
  • Population aged 60+.
