I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act, in regards to the contact information and details for the following positions at the Trust.

If there are two or more employees responsible for any of these roles then I would also like to request their contact details and description of their position.
Our Response
I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS East Midlands IT and Finance staff.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested. You should however be aware that NHS East Midlands is not a Trust, but a Strategic Health Authority. As such, we have four main roles: strategic leadership, development, co-ordination and performance assurance. We also ensure that local health systems operate efficiently and effectively and that national policy, standards and priorities are met in order to continually improve services for patients and the local communities we serve.
