Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request NHS East Midlands to provide me with the following information:
a) Please supply details of how many staff have left NHS East Midlands, local PCTs and Hospital Trusts with a redundancy payment and then rejoined the NHS, since June 2010,
b) Please supply the total cost of redundancy payments made to staff who have left since June 2010,
c) Of the staff made redundant, please detail how many of those were clinical staff,
I would prefer to receive this information electronically.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of redundancy.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested. However, I shall address each of your questions in turn:
