I should be grateful if you would supply me with the contact details of the commissioning leads for the pathfinders, particularly for urological services if you have drilled down to this clinical level.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of contact details for the commissioning leads for our pathfinders.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested. However, this information is already in the public domain and already accessible to you. As such, the FOIA Section 21 exemption is engaged in this instance. Section 21 exempts from provision information that is already reasonably accessible to the applicant.
However, Section 16 of the FOIA places a duty upon us to provide help and assistance where possible. I have therefore attached a pdf document containing the information that you require.
