I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 about junior doctors working hours in the hospitals within East Midlands strategic health authority
1) The number of junior doctors (foundation doctors years 1 and 2 and core and specialty trainees) working in each trust in the region and their grades and specialty
2) The number of junior doctor posts in each specialty in each trust and their grades
3) The number of junior doctors working in each specialty in each trust and their grades
4) The total number of junior doctor rotas in each specialty in each trust
5) The number of junior doctor rotas in each specialty in each trust that are compliant with the European Working Time Directive.
6) The number of derogated junior doctor rotas in each specialty in each trust
7) The number of junior doctors who have opted out of the 48 hour working week under European Working Time Directive in each trust and their grades and specialty
8) The number of junior doctors who are working more than 48 hours a week in each specialty in each trust and their grades
9) The number of gaps in junior doctor rotas in the in each trust and the specialties and grades where these gaps exist
10) The number of junior doctors who are doing locum shifts within their employing hospital in each trust and their grades and specialty
