Could I please request all documents (not containing any personally identifiable\confidential data etc) that NHS East Midlands currently has as evidence towards obtaining the Equality Delivery System (EDS) be provided. These do not have to be finished\finalized documents. Work in progress is fine.
Could each document please make it clear which goal and which factor it is evidence towards.
These can be embedded in an excel table \ sent separately or by NHS Secure File Transfer (if you zip all the files and its larger than 20MB – )

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of NHS Midlands and East (East Midlands Office) SHA cluster Equality Delivery System (EDS).
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested which is already accessible via our website. As such, Section 21 of the FOIA exempts us from having to provide you with the documentation in question.
