As DH has asked for SHAs to resubmit their public health spending figures since I lodged my request, are you able to provide any insight on whether the figures quoted are likely to change?
If they are, I would clearly also be interested in the revised figures. I'm not sure what the request protocol for this kind of thing is, though, so it would be great to get your thoughts.

I refer to your email requesting information in respect of public health spend.
I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do not hold the information that you have requested. I should explain that we are currently in the process of reviewing the public health costs that we reported for 2010/2011. However, this data will become available towards the end of this calendar year.
