I refer to your email requesting information in respect of property and staff numbers. 

I can confirm in accordance with S.1 (1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) that we do hold the information that you have requested.  This is as follows:

Building identification 

  • Unit 7 and Unit 8

Postcode

  • NG10 5QG

Net Internal Area (NIA) of the building – sq. m.

  • Unit 7 - 5540 SQ FT

  • Unit 8 - 15477 SQ FT

Staff - Approximate total number (FTE) of office based staff for the building

  • Headcount= 165

  • FTE = 155.70

Tenure. Please indicate if the property is either:
